Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your shoulder blades and under armpits.

Measure around your natural waistline where your golf trousers comfortably sit. Keep one finger between tape and body for golf swing ease.

Measure from the crotch seam along the inside leg to the top of your golf shoe where you like your hem to rest.
