SHIPPING

Free shipping is available on all orders over $150. Galway Bay ships within 24-48 hours, generally via FedEx.

Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days. Express delivery is an option to receive the order within 1-2 business days.

For international orders, Galway Bay is responsible for shipping the goods. The customer is responsible for paying any import costs associated with the delivery. These costs can include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please review your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that you need to exchange an item or that you're not satisfied with your order, please fill out the form below. You may process an exchange or return for your order up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

If your order includes a free gift, that item must be returned if you request a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in order to be returned. Please ensure all items are returned new and unused, in their original packaging, with all garment tags still attached.
