Backpack

Excellent quality back pack with well appointed pockets with zippers and linings. It could work well as something to carry electronics and such but with recent Galway Bay apparel items bought in the last few months, my backpack is my golf go-bag for Galway apparel items so I always know where to find my preferred wet and cold weather golf clothing.

Made of tough materials but even empty it is heavy!

The backpack is roomy enough for overnight stays for golf trips.

The bag is great size and number of compartments. It would be nice to have a water bottle holder on the side instead of two very small zipper compartments.

Quality product but way too heavy

Nicely constructed. One suggestion would be to add an exterior pouch for carrying a water bottle.

I used my bag for the first time on our weekend family Christmas shopping trip. I got everything in the bag that I needed for the trip.

Too heavy and the logo was different from the one pictured. I returned it.

Easily the best backpack I've ever purchased. I've already used it on two lengthy travel trips and it holds everything in its perfect place and ironically it's kind of waterproof (got caught outside in a heavy downpour in LA and all my stuff was completely dry inside.

The backpack being waterproof is perfect for me. That makes it useful at all times. There is plenty of space even for my laptop. Couldn't be happier for my purchase.

This backpack has it all; great for travel, rugged, plenty of pockets and protection for laptop. Highly recommend.

Very good product and service.

The backpack itself is hefty, well padded, and well constructed. It should take a fair amount of abuse without complaints. However it is not designed to be a mountaineering type of backpack you would take hiking or skiing. Instead it would be a great carry on, double as a briefcase, or keep your extra clothes and sundries organized to and from the golf course.
Speaking of organized, I appreciate the zipper and velcro closure pockets. The backpack has a useful outer zipper pocket featuring a key lanyard, pencil/pen holders and inside zipper and velcro pockets to secure valuables. There are also divider pockets for credit cards should you ever want to remove them from your billfold. I use the other soft lined outside pocket for phone, sunglasses or anything I don't want to get scratched.
The main compartment is generous, with 2 elastic pockets along one side and a large zipper pocket along the other side to keep items secure. A loose matching zippered mini kit or catchall looks practical, and I am in the process of determining its best use.

2 negatives for me. 1.No water bottle pouches. The 2 side pouches with vertical zippers where you would usually expect to carry your water bottles would be long enough if you could find water bottles skinny enough to fit the narrow dimensions. Unfortunately neither the narrow 500ml disposable water bottles nor my Corona long necks would fit. However they would be fine for storing sunglasses or snacks, since they zip completely closed.
2. While it is sometimes advantageous to have a single large main compartment, I would prefer one more degree of organization with a divider down the middle.
Overall I am very pleased with this backpack. It will be a welcome addition to my backpack collection.
