SHIPPING

Free shipping is available on all orders over $150. Galway Bay ships within 24-48 hours, generally via UPS or USPS.

Orders are shipped within one business day (Monday-Friday) from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days. Express delivery is an option to receive the order within 1-2 business days.

For international orders, Galway Bay is responsible for shipping the goods. The customer is responsible for paying any import costs associated with the delivery. These costs can include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please review your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that you need to exchange an item or that you're not satisfied with your order, please fill out the form below. You may process an exchange or return for your order up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in order to be returned. Please ensure all items are returned new and unused, in their original packaging, with all garment tags still attached.

After processing your exchange or return, we will send you a return label via email. In the case of a return and when using our pre-paid return label, a return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. When processing an exchange, the return fee is covered by Galway Bay.

Please apply the label to your return package, and drop off at any authorized UPS location.
