Be clear these pants are not waterproof. Had to walk off the course at Lahinch due to water soaked pants. First time I wore them. Water went down the pant and into my shoes. I would not recommend these pants unless it’s just a little spritz.
I didn't need them to be stylish (they're not, very high wasted and not a modern fit), I just needed them to keep me dry. Soaked after the 3rd hole, right down to my underwear which was dripping wet when I came home. This was after the first use, so no excuse. Scorecard that was in my pocket was cardboard mush it was so drenched. Not worth the money, as the quality is just not there. Unsubscribing from the mailing list, no interest in any other purchases due to severe disappointment.
Material was crinkly and stiff. While the backer was not rubbery, it should NEVER be described as soft in the description. I really was disappointed.
Sizing: I'm usually between a medium and large. 5"10', 180lbs. Vineyard Vines = Medium and Johnnie O = large. I needed an XL in this pullover.
