Galway Bay’s designers saw an opportunity for improvement over other golf rain pants — the pockets. You’ll notice that our pants have deep pockets in both the front and back. They are 1” deeper than most pockets to ensure dry storage. The back pockets even hold a scorecard.

They are lined with a high-end, temperature-regulating fabric that ensures Galway Bay pants are comfortable down to 30° F for 18 holes in cold weather, yet lightweight enough to move without restriction. And it gets even better: Galway Bay pants never need to be worn over another pair of pants.

You’ll find that most golf rain jackets have a high collar to keep rain from going down your back, but in the front, when fully zipped, the collar pokes your chin. Galway Bay’s jacket has a high collar in the back but tapers down and is rounded in the front. It’s a small adjustment that elevates your golf experience.

I love the idea of not having to wear pants over pants. The fit is great. They block to cold wind. I got them for an upcoming trip to Bandon Dunes but they have been much appreciated here in a South Dakota spring!

United States United StatesJust received the Tapered All-Weather Lined Pant and they seem excellent. Haven't tested yet on the course but on an hour walk in the rain around the neighborhood, they stayed perfectly dry and the water beads off. Recommending these to my friends who golf!
